2007 Trip # 1 - Scusset Beach State Park  - April 27-29, 2007

Well trip #1 of 2007 started out with a lot of rain.  We were supposed to camp for two nights but Friday rained and rained and rained so we didn't head for Cape Cod until Saturday morning.  Scusset Beach is at the mouth of the Cape Code Canal and is a great place to camp, with one major flaw... no fires!  How can you camp without a campfire?  It's ridiculous.  Biking along the canal was great, the Cape without the crowds was fun, so even with a chill in the air and some rain, this short trip was worth it.
